Key Responsibilities
About You
Strong end-to-end payroll experience with strong understanding of payroll awards and agreements
- Interest in systems, data analysis, and process improvement
- Experience with ADP Payforce, Kronos, and/or Oracle (preferred)
- Curious, logical thinker who understands the “why” behind processes
Team player with excellent communication skills
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Full Working Rights as this is a permanent role
